Welcome to 3Skill Edtech Private Limited ("3Skill", "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 3Skill Edtech Private Limited and every individual, student, visitor, customer, learner, mentor, organization, or any other person ("User", "You", or "Your") who accesses, browses, registers, enrolls in, purchases, or otherwise uses any service offered by the Company.
These Terms govern the access to and use of all products and services offered by 3Skill, including but not limited to internship programs, online courses, certification programs, workshops, webinars, digital products, career guidance, placement assistance, live classes, recorded classes, websites, learning management systems, mobile applications, communication platforms, and any future services introduced by the Company.
By accessing the Website, making a payment, enrolling in any program, receiving login credentials, or using any service provided by 3Skill, You acknowledge that You have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other policies published on our official Website.
If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must immediately discontinue the use of all Company services and refrain from making any payment or enrolling in any program.
These Terms shall remain applicable throughout Your relationship with the Company unless replaced or amended by an updated version published on the official Website.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Company means 3Skill Edtech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, trainers, mentors, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized partners.
2.2 Website means the official website of the Company, including www.3skill.in, together with any subdomains, learning portals, dashboards, mobile applications, or online platforms owned or operated by the Company.
2.3 User means any individual who accesses the Website, purchases any service, enrolls in any internship or course, participates in any event, or otherwise interacts with the Company.
2.4 Student means a User who has enrolled in any internship, course, certification program, workshop, training session, or educational service offered by the Company.
2.5 Internship Program means any internship conducted, managed, promoted, or certified by 3Skill, irrespective of its duration, mode of delivery, or fee structure.
2.6 Course means any educational content, recorded session, live session, workshop, bootcamp, certification program, masterclass, webinar, or digital learning module provided by the Company.
2.7 Digital Product means any downloadable or online resource including e-books, notes, templates, software, code repositories, recordings, presentations, question banks, certificates, assessments, or other digital material.
2.8 Platform means the Website, Learning Management System (LMS), dashboard, mobile application, communication groups, official social media channels, email systems, or any technology platform used by the Company.
2.9 Assessment includes examinations, quizzes, assignments, interviews, projects, presentations, coding assessments, practical evaluations, or any academic activity conducted for measuring student performance.
2.10 Certificate means any internship certificate, course completion certificate, appreciation certificate, participation certificate, or other official document issued by the Company.
2.11 Payment means any amount paid by the User towards internship fees, course fees, registration fees, subscription fees, certification fees, digital products, or any other Company service.
2.12 Official Communication Channels include only those email addresses, websites, telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, dashboards, and social media accounts officially published by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited.
To use the services offered by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited, every User must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
3.1 Users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during enrollment. Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without any refund.
3.2 Users below the age of eighteen (18) years must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before enrolling in any paid program.
3.3 The Company reserves the unrestricted right to refuse enrollment or discontinue services to any User if it reasonably believes that the User has violated these Terms or any applicable law.
3.4 The User shall ensure that all information submitted to the Company remains updated throughout the duration of the program.
3.5 The Company may request additional documents or identity verification whenever required for academic, operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
3.6 Enrollment in any internship, course, or certification program does not automatically guarantee admission. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
4.1 Enrollment into any internship, course, or educational service shall be considered complete only after successful payment verification by the Company.
4.2 Unlike self-registration platforms, user accounts are created exclusively by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited after confirming enrollment.
4.3 Upon successful verification of payment, the Company shall provide login credentials to the User through the registered email address or any other official communication channel.
4.4 The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities performed using the assigned account.
4.5 Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if unauthorized account sharing is detected.
4.6 The User shall immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access, misuse, or compromise of their account.
4.7 The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

The Company reserves the unrestricted right to introduce, modify, discontinue, replace, or improve any service without prior notice.
Participation in any service does not create any employer-employee relationship between the User and the Company.
6.1 All fees shall be payable in advance through the official payment gateways or payment methods authorized by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited.
6.2 All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to revise program fees, pricing structures, promotional offers, scholarships, discounts, coupons, or subscription plans at any time. Such revisions shall apply prospectively and shall not affect payments already received.
6.4 Any applicable taxes, including GST or other statutory levies, shall be charged in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
6.5 The Company shall not be responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or financial institutions.
6.6 All payments for internships, courses, certifications, digital products, workshops, and any other services offered by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited shall be accepted only through the Company's official payment gateway partner, Easebuzz Payments Private Limited ("Easebuzz"), or through payment pages, links, QR codes, or checkout pages officially generated and authorized by the Company through Easebuzz.
Users are advised to make payments only through the official payment links or payment pages provided by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited. The Company shall not be responsible for any payment made through unauthorized payment links, bank accounts, QR codes, UPI IDs, third-party websites, or individuals falsely claiming to represent the Company.
A payment shall be deemed successfully received only after confirmation from the Company's official payment gateway and internal payment verification systems. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment where a payment cannot be successfully verified.
Users are encouraged to retain their payment receipt or transaction reference number for future verification and support requests.
6.7 Any fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment, or suspicious financial activity may result in suspension of services and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
7.1 General Refund Policy
All payments made to 3Skill Edtech Private Limited towards internship programs, online courses, certification programs, workshops, webinars, digital products, placement assistance, career guidance, assessments, subscriptions, registration fees, or any other services are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, except where expressly provided under these Terms & Conditions or where required under applicable law.
Once a payment has been successfully processed through the Company's authorized payment gateway or official payment channel, the User shall not be entitled to cancel the purchase or request a refund merely due to a change of mind, personal reasons, academic commitments, employment obligations, financial constraints, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, internet issues, device incompatibility, or inability to continue the program.
The User acknowledges that all payments are made voluntarily after reviewing the program details, eligibility criteria, pricing, duration, curriculum, and applicable policies published by the Company.
The Company shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding arising from the User's failure to read the program description or these Terms before making payment.
7.2 Internship Refund Eligibility (₹499 / ₹699 Internship Programs)
Notwithstanding Clause 7.1, the Internship Slot Booking Fee paid for the ₹499 Internship Program or the ₹699 Internship Program shall be eligible for refund only if all of the following conditions are satisfied simultaneously without any exception:
7.2.1 Attendance Requirement
The student must maintain a minimum attendance of seventy-five percent (75%) in all mandatory live classes, mentor sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and other activities designated as compulsory by the Company.
Attendance shall be calculated exclusively through the Company's official attendance records.
7.2.2 Final Examination Requirement
The student must obtain not less than sixty percent (60%) marks in the final examination conducted by the Company.
7.2.3 Final Project Requirement
The student must obtain not less than sixty percent (60%) marks in the final project evaluation.
Project evaluation shall be conducted solely by the Company's designated evaluators, and their decision shall be final.
7.2.4 Final Interview Requirement
The student must secure not less than sixty percent (60%) marks in the final interview assessment conducted by the Company.
7.2.5 Project Submission Requirement
Submission of the final project before the prescribed deadline is mandatory.
Failure to submit the project within the prescribed timeline shall automatically render the student ineligible for any refund and may also result in the non-issuance of the internship certificate.
7.2.6 Combined Eligibility
Refund eligibility shall arise only if every condition mentioned in Clauses 7.2.1 to 7.2.5 is successfully fulfilled.
Failure to satisfy any one of the above conditions shall automatically disqualify the student from receiving any refund.
The Company's academic records shall be treated as final and binding for determining refund eligibility.
7.3 Refund Request Procedure
Eligible students must submit a written refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the official completion date of the internship program.
Refund requests shall be accepted only through the Company's official email address: support@3skill.in
The refund request must include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Registered Mobile Number
- Internship Name
- Payment Reference Number
- Transaction ID
- Any additional information requested by the Company.
Incomplete requests may be rejected without further notice.
The Company reserves the absolute right to verify attendance records, examination results, interview evaluations, project evaluations, payment history, and all other relevant academic or administrative records before approving any refund.
Submission of a refund request shall not automatically create any entitlement to receive a refund.
7.4 Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved by the Company, the amount shall ordinarily be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, subject to payment gateway processing times, banking procedures, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, UPI providers, or any third-party financial institutions.
7.5 No Refund After Payment
Except as expressly provided under Clause 7.2, or where required by applicable law, all payments made to the Company shall remain non-refundable.
After successful payment, no User shall be entitled to:
- Cancel the enrollment;
- Reverse the payment;
- Transfer the payment to another User;
- Convert the payment into another service;
- Seek a partial refund;
- Seek a full refund;
- Request cash reimbursement; or
- Raise a refund claim based on non-participation.
No refund shall be granted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Personal commitments;
- Medical reasons;
- Academic examinations;
- Employment obligations;
- Change of career plans;
- Lack of time;
- Dissatisfaction after enrollment;
- Poor internet connectivity;
- Device incompatibility;
- Technical issues on the User's side;
- Failure to attend classes;
- Failure to complete assignments;
- Failure to appear in assessments;
- Failure to submit projects; or
- Failure to read the program details before making payment.
7.6 User Cancellation
If a User voluntarily:
- cancels enrollment;
- withdraws from the internship or course;
- becomes inactive;
- remains absent from classes;
- fails to complete assignments;
- fails to submit the final project;
- fails the interview;
- violates any Company policy;
- engages in misconduct;
- is suspended or terminated for disciplinary reasons; or
- discontinues participation for any personal, academic, financial, or professional reason,
the User shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or adjustment of fees under any circumstances.
7.7 Program Cancellation by 3Skill
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to modify, postpone, reschedule, merge, combine, restructure, replace mentors, revise curriculum, alter schedules, change delivery mode, or discontinue any internship, course, workshop, or educational service due to operational, academic, technical, regulatory, legal, or business requirements.
Such changes shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not automatically entitle the User to claim any refund, compensation, damages, or reimbursement.
Where reasonably practicable, the Company may provide one or more of the following alternatives:
- Access to a future batch;
- Replacement classes;
- Program credits;
- Alternative mentors;
- Equivalent learning resources;
- Rescheduled sessions.
Where the Company permanently discontinues a program without providing any reasonable alternative, any refund or compensation shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Company or as required under applicable law.
7.8 Chargeback & Payment Disputes
The User agrees not to initiate any false, malicious, or unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal after receiving access to any Company service.
Where a User initiates a chargeback after obtaining access to the internship, course, learning materials, certificates, digital products, or any other paid service, the Company reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the User's account;
- Withhold certificates;
- Revoke internship completion status;
- Recover outstanding dues and financial losses;
- Permanently restrict future enrollments;
- Report fraudulent activity to payment gateways or financial institutions; and
- Initiate appropriate civil or criminal legal proceedings where permitted under applicable law.
Nothing contained in this clause shall prejudice any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8.1 Attendance shall be recorded only through the Company's officially approved learning platform, meeting software, or attendance management system.
8.2 Students are responsible for joining live classes using the same full name that appears in their registered 3Skill dashboard or enrollment records. The Company may refuse to grant attendance where the displayed name does not match the registered student details.
8.3 Attendance shall be marked only where the student remains present for the minimum duration specified by the Company. Logging out before the required attendance duration, prolonged inactivity, or repeated disconnections may result in the class being treated as absent.
8.4 Sharing meeting links, proxy attendance, impersonation, use of another student's identity, or any attempt to manipulate attendance records is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, cancellation of attendance, suspension from the program, or termination without refund.
8.5 The Company's attendance records shall be final and conclusive for all academic, certification, and refund-related decisions.
8.6 Attendance requirements for certificates, assessments, internships, and refunds shall be communicated by the Company from time to time, and students are responsible for complying with all such requirements.
8.7 The Company reserves the right to use automated systems, platform logs, meeting analytics, login records, and manual verification processes to validate attendance and investigate suspected irregularities.
8.8 Failure to meet the minimum attendance requirement may result in ineligibility for examinations, internship certificates, refund eligibility, or other academic benefits, as determined by the Company.
9.1 Purpose
The Company conducts examinations, quizzes, assignments, practical assessments, coding evaluations, interviews, projects, and other academic activities to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and overall performance of students enrolled in its internship programs, courses, and certifications.
Participation in all mandatory assessments shall be subject to these Terms and any additional academic guidelines issued by the Company from time to time.
9.2 Examination Schedule
All examinations shall be conducted according to the schedule communicated through the official student dashboard, registered email address, WhatsApp community, Learning Management System (LMS), or other official communication channels.
The Company reserves the right to modify examination dates, timings, formats, duration, or evaluation methods whenever necessary.
9.3 Examination Format
Examinations may be conducted in one or more of the following formats:
- Online Objective Tests
- Descriptive Examinations
- Practical Assessments
- Coding Assessments
- Viva Voce
- Technical Interviews
- Case Study Evaluations
- Project Demonstrations
- Oral Presentations
- AI-based Evaluations
The examination format shall be determined solely by the Company.
9.4 Student Responsibilities During Examinations
Students shall:
- Complete examinations independently.
- Use only permitted resources.
- Follow all examination instructions.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity.
- Use a compatible device.
- Submit responses before the deadline.
- Maintain academic honesty.
Failure to comply with examination instructions may result in disqualification.
9.5 Academic Misconduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating
- Copying answers
- Impersonation
- Sharing examination questions
- Using unauthorized materials
- Collaboration during individual assessments
- Using multiple accounts
- Screen sharing with another candidate
- Recording confidential examination material
- Attempting to manipulate examination software
Where misconduct is detected, the Company may:
- Cancel examination results.
- Award zero marks.
- Cancel certificate eligibility.
- Suspend the student.
- Permanently terminate enrollment.
- Reject refund requests.
- Initiate legal proceedings where appropriate.
9.6 Passing Criteria
Unless otherwise specified, students shall obtain the minimum marks prescribed by the Company for each examination or assessment.
Passing one assessment shall not automatically constitute successful completion of the internship or course.
Students must satisfy all academic requirements independently.
9.7 Technical Issues During Examinations
The Company shall not be responsible for examination failure resulting from:
- Poor internet connection
- Power failure
- Device malfunction
- Browser incompatibility
- Software issues on the student's device
- User error
- Failure to submit responses before the deadline
Students are advised to arrange a suitable environment before commencing any examination.
9.8 Re-Assessment
The Company may, at its sole discretion, conduct re-examinations, supplementary assessments, or alternative evaluations.
Students shall have no automatic right to request a re-examination unless expressly permitted by the Company.
10.1 Mandatory Project Submission
Every internship or course requiring a final project shall require students to complete and submit the assigned project within the prescribed deadline.
Failure to submit the mandatory project shall result in ineligibility for certification and refund eligibility wherever applicable.
10.2 Original Work Requirement
Students must submit only their original work.
Projects containing copied material, plagiarism, unauthorized AI-generated content presented as original work, or intellectual property belonging to another person without proper authorization may be rejected.
10.3 Project Evaluation
Projects shall be evaluated based on one or more of the following criteria:
- Technical accuracy
- Creativity
- Practical implementation
- Problem-solving ability
- Documentation
- Code quality
- Presentation
- Innovation
- Communication skills
- Industry relevance
The Company's evaluation shall be final and binding.
10.4 Submission Deadline
Projects submitted after the prescribed deadline may:
- Receive reduced marks;
- Be rejected;
- Become ineligible for certification; or
- Become ineligible for refund consideration.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by internet failure, power outages, device malfunction, or other issues on the student's side.
10.5 Project Ownership
Students retain ownership of their original project work.
However, by submitting the project, the student grants 3Skill Edtech Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, store, display, showcase (with appropriate attribution where feasible), or use the project for academic, educational, promotional, or quality assurance purposes.
Confidential information submitted by students shall not be disclosed except as required by law or with the student's consent.
10.6 Project Re-Submission
The Company may permit project re-submission where considered academically appropriate.
Permission to resubmit shall remain entirely at the Company's discretion.
11.1 Certificate Eligibility
Certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of all mandatory academic and administrative requirements determined by the Company.
11.2 Mandatory Requirements
Students may be required to satisfy one or more of the following:
- Minimum attendance requirements;
- Successful completion of assessments;
- Successful completion of the final examination;
- Successful completion of the final interview;
- Submission of the mandatory project;
- Payment of all applicable fees;
- Compliance with these Terms.
11.3 Certificate Verification
All certificates issued by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited remain the property of the Company until officially issued.
The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any certificate issued.
11.4 Name on Certificate
Certificates shall ordinarily be issued using the student's registered name.
Students are responsible for ensuring the correctness of their registered details before certificate generation.
The Company shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the student.
11.5 Duplicate Certificates
Where permitted, duplicate certificates or corrected certificates may be issued upon payment of the applicable administrative charges.
11.6 Revocation of Certificate
The Company reserves the right to revoke, cancel, invalidate, or withdraw any certificate where it is subsequently discovered that the student:
- committed fraud;
- cheated during assessments;
- submitted plagiarized work;
- impersonated another candidate;
- obtained the certificate through misrepresentation;
- violated these Terms.
Such revocation may occur even after the certificate has been issued.
12.1 3Skill Edtech Private Limited may provide placement assistance, interview opportunities, resume reviews, mock interviews, career guidance, employer referrals, or recruitment support as an additional service.
12.2 The Company does not guarantee:
- employment;
- internship conversion;
- job offers;
- salary packages;
- interview calls;
- employer selection.
12.3 Final hiring decisions shall remain solely with the recruiting organization.
The Company shall not influence or interfere with any employer's recruitment process.
12.4 Placement assistance shall depend upon multiple factors including, but not limited to:
- academic performance;
- attendance;
- communication skills;
- project quality;
- technical skills;
- interview performance;
- employer requirements;
- market conditions.
12.5 The Company shall not be liable for rejection by any employer or for the cancellation, postponement, or withdrawal of any recruitment process conducted by third-party organizations.
12.6 Students shall present truthful information during interviews.
Submission of false resumes, fake certificates, fabricated experience, or misleading information may result in permanent removal from placement assistance programs and further action as deemed appropriate by the Company.
3Skill Edtech Private Limited is an independent private educational technology company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, recognized by, or officially associated with the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), including IIT Kharagpur, or any other university, college, government institution, or educational organization, unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.
From time to time, as part of student engagement initiatives, competitions, reward programs, promotional campaigns, or performance-based recognition, 3Skill may offer event passes, festival passes, or entry opportunities to technical festivals, innovation events, or other academic events organized by third-party institutions, including IITs, subject to availability and the terms of the respective organizers.
The provision of such event passes or opportunities shall not be interpreted as creating or implying any academic affiliation, collaboration, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, accreditation, certification, or official relationship between 3Skill Edtech Private Limited and the organizing institution.
Unless expressly announced through an official written communication published by 3Skill, Users shall not represent or claim that the Company has any official collaboration, affiliation, or partnership with IIT Kharagpur or any other educational institution based solely on the availability of event passes or participation opportunities.
14.1 Compliance with Terms
Every User agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules, notices, or instructions issued by 3Skill Edtech Private Limited from time to time.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension, termination, withholding of certificates, cancellation of refund eligibility, or other disciplinary or legal action.
14.2 Accurate Information
The User shall provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information during enrollment and throughout participation in any Company program.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, forged, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination without refund.
14.3 Professional Behaviour
Every User shall maintain respectful, ethical, and professional behaviour while interacting with mentors, trainers, staff members, recruiters, fellow students, or any representative of the Company.
Abusive, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour shall not be tolerated.
14.4 Compliance with Academic Requirements
Students shall complete all mandatory academic requirements, including attendance, examinations, interviews, assignments, practical assessments, and project submissions within the prescribed timelines.
14.5 Responsibility for Equipment
The User shall be solely responsible for arranging:
- A compatible device
- Stable internet connectivity
- Necessary software
- Updated web browser
- Functional microphone and camera where required
The Company shall not be responsible for any interruption arising from the User's equipment or internet connectivity.
14.6 Official Communication
Users shall communicate only through the Company's officially published communication channels.
The Company shall not be responsible for any communication made through unofficial numbers, fake social media accounts, unauthorized groups, or fraudulent websites.
14.7 Protection of Login Credentials
Users shall maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Sharing accounts, passwords, OTPs, or dashboard access with any other person is strictly prohibited.
14.8 Compliance with Applicable Laws
Users shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements while accessing or using any Company service.
15.1 General Conduct
Every User shall conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, lawful, and ethical manner while participating in any activity organized by the Company.
15.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
- Harass any individual;
- Bully or intimidate other participants;
- Use abusive language;
- Promote hatred or discrimination;
- Engage in threatening behaviour;
- Spread misinformation;
- Defame the Company;
- Damage the Company's reputation;
- Create fake social media posts;
- Publish misleading reviews;
- Disrupt live sessions;
- Share offensive content;
- Promote illegal activities;
- Encourage academic dishonesty.
15.3 Mentor Respect
Mentors, trainers, instructors, guest speakers, recruiters, and Company employees shall be treated with respect at all times.
Verbal abuse, personal attacks, insults, threats, or harassment directed toward Company representatives shall constitute serious misconduct.
15.4 Community Behaviour
Users participating in WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, Discord servers, LMS discussion forums, or any Company community shall maintain respectful communication.
Spam, unsolicited advertisements, self-promotion, fake job postings, unrelated promotions, or repeated disruptive behaviour shall be prohibited.
15.5 Disciplinary Action
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Warning;
- Temporary suspension;
- Permanent account termination;
- Certificate cancellation;
